Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education Textbook

Robert M. Sarnoff and Michael F. Baccash are the co-authors of the chapter of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Real Estate Taxation Handbook entitled Assessment of Taxable Property.
